This can be shortened to:
Coordinated management activities for the Supervisor in his absence

It is important that when choosing the best CV format that you remain consistent. If possible, refrain from using Tabs since this can affect margins, line spacing and tables. Most importantly, if you choose to format your CV outside of the CV Template you should remember to:
- Keep it simple
- Keep it factual and concise
- Use a mixture of bullet points and paragraphs
